Fused Art Glass
The fluidity and organic feel that fused ("warm") glass offers captured my imagination and immediately I knew this was the creative outlet I wanted to pursue.
I blend a number of techniques by fusing sheet glass, screen prints, powdered glass (frit) or metals into my designs. I use high quality Bullseye art glass and upcycled float glass. Glass pieces heat and cool in the kiln from 10 to 40 hours and reach temperatures to 1600 degrees. Some pieces may be fused up to six times depending on the complexity of the design. Ceramic, plaster or metal molds are used to "drape", "drop", and "slump" the glass to reach the desired shape.

Fused Float Glass
The float glass I use is upcycled from windows, horticulture glass or non-tempered table tops. Float glass has a natural flow reflected in the textures and color of the glass as it heats and cools. Float glass is not recycled so designing art with float is environmentally friendly!

Memorial Keepsakes
I have always held a special place in my heart for our furry friends. Memorial keepsakes are custom designed to help keep those memories of a special pet close.
